I know that its already too late to celebrate the holiday, but hope that u guys had a happy Christmas even though u r not a Christian.
On the 23rd of Dec, I had a party with my friends in Tokyo. Well, it wasnt the birthday of Jesus Christ, but it was the b'day of Japanese Emperor. We didnt do anything special for our holy emperor. We just had fun! What a Japanese!
We went to Okonomi-yaki restrant. Okonomiyaki is a kinda pancake with cabbage, meat, and seafood. Originally, "Okonomi" means "anything u like", so u can put anything u like in ur Okonomi-yaki. Since we didnt wanna ruin our dinner, we just put normal stuff though. Like, meat and safood.
The host organized everything and he even bought presents for us. There were 15 of us and I got a ornament of a raindeer even though I thought it was a mouse when I saw it at the first time. Anyway, it was crazy fun!
After Okonomi-yaki, some went back to their home, some went to play bowling. Last time I played in HK, my score was like over 100, but this time, I played 2 games and the average was like 60...I guess the alley in HK is good for me.
Then, we went to my friend's flat. There were 4 guys and 2 girls.Guys played mahjong and the girls watched movies of our favorite comedians. It was middle of the night. Everybody was tired, but guys continued to play mahjong, and girls kept watching movies. Every time we girls tried to sleep, guys said something stupid funny, we couldnt sleep. But it was really fun.
I dont know how many times more we can get together, drink, and do some stupid stuff. Some of my friends are gonna graduate next March. They are gonna be adults. Me, still a student, so I dont know how they feel. Glad? Sad? I will know how they feel in 2 years. It was precious time.
